08/06/2010 Riviera Conference Centre, Torbay June is the month that the European Union focuses on small and medium size businesses. As part of this, the TDA along with Enterprise Europe Network, UKTI and the Riviera Conference Centre have organised a European themed business breakfast to be held at the Riviera Centre on 8th June 2010. It will be an opportunity to hear what help there is on offer to businesses who are would like to extend their trading markets to Europe. The international aspect of the event is emphasized more than ever before by the number of carefully selected fcompanies and organizations that have been invited. This is THE opportunity to get to know, explore cooperation and to do business with the Dutch Life Sciences and Health Technology sector. The BioBusiness event itself is focused on generating new business, entrepreneurship, innovation, valorisation, venture capital and strategic partnering. 15/06/2010 - 16/06/2010 Lille, France The International Business Convention, organized by the pole for competitiveness i-Trans, will take place the 15th and 16th June 2010 in Lille, France for innovation in sustainable land transports. 16/06/2010 - 18/06/2010 Potsdam, Germany The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Enterprise Europe Network (Berlin-Brandenburg), is organising the international partnership event “Green Ventures” to be held in Potsdam (Germany), on 16th-18th June 2010. The partnership forum is designed for the energy and environmental sector (for water, air & soil, energy & construction, recycling & renewable materials). Last year’s edition hosted more than 3,500 companies from 93 states. There is no restriction regarding the type of cooperation, whether one discusses subcontracting, distribution, technology transfer opportunities or just exchanges experiences. The main target is the creation of direct business contacts. This year’s partner country will be the USA. 18/06/2010 Brussels, Belgium The Clean Sky Joint Technology Initiative conference „The Aviation Industry Goes Green‟ will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 18 June 2010. The conference will address the latest developments in the Clean Sky programme, highlighting the major technical steps to be taken in the near future. 24/06/2010 - 25/06/2010 Ghent, Belgium During the international congress on Innovations in Sports Textile organized by Centexbel and Fedustria (the Belgian Textile Research Centre and Belgian textile federation), Enterprise Europe Flanders organises a partnering event. The congress focusses on recent textile developments that will add new dimensions to sports! It is more than just a scientific congress on innovations. You will also be able to touch and feel new textile materials and sports equipments by visiting the exhibitors’ booths.
